Sunlife Prime Buildings Contracting LLC is a licensed building contractor established in 2024 and headquartered in Dubai, UAE. We work exclusively with private, family office and institutional developers, delivering residential and mixed-use developments through a single contract covering civil, structural, MEP and finishing works.
Our single-contract delivery model provides one project team with a single point of accountability across all disciplines. This reduces interface coordination between trades, provides a clearer project programme, and assigns responsibility for delivery from ground-breaking through to handover.
